Admission Procedure
The admission shall be given on the basis of online counselling to be conducted by the University authorized by Government of Punjab. Bathinda College of Law, Bathinda being an unaided private self-financed institution, has 15% seats of 85% state quota seats as management quota. The seats under management quota shall be filled up on the basis of merit. There shall be no reservation in management quota seats. If a student fails to deposit the requisite fees by due date or he/she fails to attend the classes for 07 days continuously from the date of admission or commencement of teaching in every new session, whichever is later, his/her admission shall be cancelled and the fee shall be forfeited. In that case a seat falling vacant on this account will be offered to the next candidate.
